Pool Table. October 2023

We are very excited to have a new pool table and we would like to say a huge thank you to NATS for donating this to club through their Footprint Fund.

Everyone thought games were so much better on the new table.
The table came as a flat pack and Assistant Club Leader, Ryan and club members had a great time putting it together, real team work. They were also very grateful for the help from Sean.
Which shot shall I take?
Who’s going to win this game?
Which ball shall I go for?
Lots of concentration needed to get this one in the pocket.

Brockenhurst Bowling Club

We would like to say a huge thank you to Mike Snell, in his year as President of the Bowling Club and the members of the club for their very generous fundraising. Over the year they raised ÂŁ2,344.00 for Brockenhurst Gateway through different activities including a very enjoyable bowls drive and barbecue. A cheque was presented to Jane Forrest, a volunteer since 1995, by Jessica Snell, club member, at The Annual Dinner.

Welcome Back!

It’s great to be back at club after the summer break. We have enjoyed taking part in our favourite activities and catching up with friends at the same time.
Lots of members really enjoy using the beautiful flowers Sarah brings in to make different arrangements. Brockenhurst Gateway is a social club but we also learn lots of skills. In flower arranging members have learnt to select greenery to begin their arrangement and then add different layers of flowers. Choosing different colours means each member makes a unique arrangement to take home.
So many choices of greenery and flowers.
